With your logo, your colors and your rewards. You can have more than one.
Give back a % of every purchase (you choose, from 0.5% to 30%). Customers spend their balance with you.
Bronze, Silver, Gold… The more they come, the higher their level and the better their perks. Each level can have its own color and a gift.
Sell 10 classes or 5 haircuts in advance with an expiration date. The card shows how many are left and reminds them before it expires.
The best of both: every purchase earns cashback, and the % grows as they move up a level.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is saved in Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which already come with their phone.
What do I need at the counter?
Any phone or tablet with a camera. Your cashiers open the Fidelito scanner in the browser (or install it as an app) and scan the customer's QR code.
Can I change my reward or design later?
Yes. Changes show up on your customers' cards within minutes.
What happens if a customer loses their phone?
Their card isn't lost: you can send it again to their WhatsApp from your dashboard, with everything they've earned.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan can be canceled anytime from your dashboard. The yearly plan can't be canceled or refunded.
Is my customers' data safe?
We only ask for their name and, optionally, their WhatsApp number and birthday. It's your data: we never sell it or share it. See our privacy policy.
